Snipcode Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Snipcode Commercial Company (“Snipcode,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. 1. About Snipcode

Snipcode operates a digital commerce and engagement platform that connects restaurants, merchants, and consumers through a centralized discount and coupon management ecosystem. Our Platform allows businesses to create, distribute, and manage promotional offers digitally, and enables consumers to discover, purchase, and redeem these offers via our website and mobile applications.

We are a technology and marketplace facilitator and do not provide financial brokerage or regulated payment services. Revenue is generated through commissions, revenue sharing, and platform service fees.

2. Eligibility

• The Platform is available to consumers and merchants in Saudi Arabia.

• There is no minimum age requirement for using the Platform.

• Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Accounts

• Users must register using a valid email address.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for all activities under their account.

• Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

• Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
  Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform.
  Fraudulently claiming or redeeming offers.
  Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
  Uploading harmful or offensive content.
  Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
  Impersonating others or Snipcode staff.
  Selling or transferring accounts, coupons, or offers without permission.

4. Payments and Transactions

• Consumers pay for offers using credit or debit cards.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring transaction accuracy.

5. Offers & Coupons

• Offers purchased on the Platform may be redeemed at the relevant merchant locations.

• Offers are subject to the merchant's policy regarding usage.

• Each offer is non-transferable and for personal use only.

• Merchants may impose restrictions on use (e.g., one per customer per visit).

6. Intellectual Property

• All Platform content, including logos, designs, software, and promotional material, is owned by Snipcode.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform.

• Users are not allowed to post reviews, images, or other content on the Platform.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Snipcode acts only as a facilitator between users and merchants. We are not responsible if a merchant refuses to honor an offer or if a user experiences any issue at a merchant location.

• Users acknowledge that participation in offers is at their own risk.

8. Termination & Account Deletion
